25 years experience in the Building Services Industry is the foundation of Michael Carr Consultancy. Our team have led the design and installation of £100 million of Mechanical and Electrical Services on a wide variety of commercial construction projects in the public & private sectors.

The production of Energy Performance Certificates for non-domestic buildings spearheads the Consultancy's compehensive range of Building Energy Services. Accredited at levels 3 and 4 by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers Michael Carr can produce EPCs for the vast majority of commercial buildings.

We also provide Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for public buildings over 1,000m² indicating how efficiently a building is being operated. Accompanying each DEC is an Advisory Report recommending cost-effective measures to improve the energy rating of the building.
